Our Story
In a world dominated by “neutrals,” I came to realize that a large void exists in the beauty industry, a bold latin voice is largely absent from the beauty marketplace.
I wondered why there were virtually no brands showcasing the beauty of Latin America, a very diverse part of the world that is home to some of the most lively cultures and biodiverse habitats on the planet.
I wanted to create a brand that utilizes the exotic fruits that are central to a long tradition of naturally sourced beauty products. I wanted to create a brand that focuses on bold and vibrant colors associated with the region’s abundant flora and fauna.
The countries that comprise Latin America, while distinct from one another in terms of culture and custom, all exude a common vibrancy and optimism.
At Perlarose Beauty, I want to feature all aspects of Latin American culture, including its diverse people, music and art.
Our products aim to reflect the disparate climates of Latin America, from its tropical rainforests and silky ribbons of beach, to its alpine forests and enduring mountain ranges.
